Fences That Stay Straight
Anyone can stand up a fence in July. The test is what it looks like after three Ontario winters. Maple Ridge Mastercraft installs privacy and decorative fencing across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph with posts set below the frost line, proper drainage, and hardware that doesn't streak or rust. It's the difference between a fence you fix every spring and one you forget about.
We build full-privacy board fences, horizontal modern designs, decorative cedar, gates that latch square, and fence-and-deck combinations. If an old fence needs to come down first, we handle removal and disposal too.

Fence Questions, Answered
Cedar or pressure-treated fencing — which is better?
Cedar looks richer, naturally resists rot and stays straighter, but costs more. Pressure-treated is the budget workhorse and lasts well when built with proper posts and spacing. We quote both so you can decide with real numbers.
Do you split fence costs with neighbours?
Shared property-line fences are common in Waterloo Region and many neighbours split the cost. We're happy to quote it that way and walk both parties through the plan before work starts.
Why do fence posts fail in Ontario?
Frost heave. Posts set too shallow get pushed out of line within a few winters. We set posts below the frost line in properly drained footings, which is why our fences stay straight.
