No. A door that won't latch, a drywall patch, a wobbly railing — small jobs get the same trade-level standard as full renovations. Many of our biggest projects started with a client testing us on a small one.
Do you charge for estimates on small jobs?
No — estimates are free. For smaller jobs we can often quote from photos and a phone call, so you're not waiting on a site visit.
Can you handle a list of repairs in one visit?
That's the smartest way to do it. Send us your whole fix-it list and we'll knock it out in one or two visits — cheaper for you than booking each repair separately.
