One Contractor, Whole House
Most renovations stall in the handoffs — the tile guy blames the drywall guy, and you're the one making phone calls. Maple Ridge Mastercraft runs renovations across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph with one crew that carries real trades experience through the whole scope: framing, drywall, reno plumbing, tile, flooring, trim, paint and custom carpentry. Licensed specialists handle gas and electrical, coordinated by us on one schedule you can actually plan around.
Room refresh or full-home transformation, the process doesn't change: on-site consultation, a detailed written quote within 48 hours, and a crew that works clean and communicates straight.

One Crew for the Whole Project
Multi-room renovations get complicated when you're juggling several contractors. Our approach is one crew, one schedule and one point of contact, with licensed trades coordinated where code requires them.
Interior renovations are a good fit for the colder months: the work happens indoors, scheduling is flexible, and your project can be planned and priced now.

Renovation Questions, Answered
Is there anything you don't do?
Gas work, electrical and other licensed specialty trades are handled by certified professionals we coordinate as part of your project — everything else inside the house, from framing to final paint, is done by our crew.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Most projects start with us sketching layout and material options with you at the consultation. You get practical design guidance from people who actually build, so what we plan is what gets built — on budget.
Can you renovate multiple rooms at once?
That's usually the most cost-effective way — one mobilization, one schedule, one dust cleanup. Whole-main-floor and whole-home renovations are quoted room by room so you can see exactly where the budget goes.
Do you handle permits for renovations?
Structural changes, new bathrooms and some layout changes may need permits. We'll tell you what applies to your project and guide you through the process.
Can you renovate one room at a time?
Yes. Many clients start with one room and continue over time. We'll plan so the work fits together and nothing has to be redone later.
